QuickFill is a utility for converting ZEH format DGN files to WYSIWYG format. ZEH format files contain invisible table data that ZEH plotting systems use to output elements in the correct order and symbolization to printers. QuickFill uses this data to reorder, pattern and change the symbology of the DGN element to closely match the expect output from ZEH plotting.
